These residents in East London could potentially face a £150,000 bill each to replace their cladding amongst other fire safety defects found in their building.
Lots of stress and worry for the residents who already have the concern of living in a potentially dangerous building.
I'm seriously starting to wonder whether there are other options available here rather than the current situation.
As in so many similar cases around the UK this seems to be:

1. Scare the living daylights out of all of the residents which can effect their wellbeing and mental health

2. Put in the most expensive temporary fire safety systems which are often required for much longer than originally intended

3. Pass the buck on to the next person/company rather than making a decision and;

4. Avoiding looking at modern, safer, more cost effective and resident friendly solutions.
