Another block of flats, this time in Brighton, have failed fire safety inspections and will need to implement a waking watch.

The issue here is that residents are having to potentially spend a fortune on putting the work right to the external facade of their building and on top of that have to spend huge sums of money on a waking watch while that is happening.

Of course the safety of the residents is paramount and must never be compromised.

At Whale Fire, we look at every option available for the residents to help save you money whilst keeping you safe because we feel that both are vitally important and mental health and safety from a fire can work hand in hand.
